A quite old update,but there's a solution,drop the fortune ticket u recieve,or you will DC everytime u cc or go to another map,the effect will be there,unless Maplesea updates this,the only solution will be that

Once Yai Bua has finished predicting your fortune, you will be blessed by one of her 7 types of Fortune Blessing skill that will grant you an immediate boost in your game character’s stats and ability points. Bear in mind that the Fortune Blessing is valid for only one hour and cannot be stacked with other Fortune Blessings. Any attempts to do so will merely override the previous Fortune Blessing, and the new Fortune Blessing will be valid for one hour until it disappears when the time period is over. Fortune Blessings are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The 7 types of Blessing are:
Increase in Jump ability
Increase in Weapon Attack and Magic Attack
Increase in Avoidability
Increase in Weapon Defence and Magic Defence
Increase in Accuracy
Increase in maximum HP
Increase in maximum HP
